Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

1. What we collect

When you subscribe to the AI Shift newsletter, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. We do not collect any other personal information, and we do not use cookies or tracking pixels on this website.

2. Why we collect it

Your name and email are used solely to send you the AI Shift weekly newsletter — curated AI news, tool reviews, and industry analysis. We do not use your information for any other purpose.

3. Third-party processors

We share your data with the following third-party services, strictly to operate the newsletter:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue) — our email delivery provider. Your name and email are stored in Brevo to send and manage newsletter delivery. Brevo's privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
  • n8n — our form automation tool. Subscription data passes through an n8n webhook to route your details to Brevo. n8n does not store your data beyond the processing step.

4. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as you remain a subscriber. If you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from our active mailing list. You may also request complete deletion of your data at any time (see section 5).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can exercise these rights in two ways:

  • Unsubscribe link — every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from future mailings immediately.
  • Email request — to request complete data deletion or a copy of your data, email us at [your-email@example.com]. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Contact

For any privacy-related questions, contact us at [your-email@example.com]. Replace this placeholder with your actual contact email before submitting to Brevo.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will note the updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued subscription after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
